The Event Director and Deputy Director will use this group to distribute important information about the upcoming flight or changes to tasks on the current flight. Information about flight cancellations will also be posted on this group. All pilots and their team leaders are REQUIRED to monitor this group during all events. Pilots MUST acknowledge messages received on this group on the Capannori 2024 PILOTS group. The format of the acknowledgment message is No.xx, OK. (where xx is the pilot's number).
Complaints that the pilot or a team member has not seen the message will not be accepted if the WhatsApp system shows that the message has successfully reached the recipient.

Only pilots, their team leaders, the Director, the Deputy, and other senior officials may write in this group.
This group is for pilots to communicate with the Director during the flight, to share important information with other participants, to reply to messages from the Director or his Deputy, and to report landings.
During the flight, you should only use this channel if the information you are sending really needs to be known by the other pilots, if you need to clarify information you have received, or if you need to reply to a message posted in the Director's group. Also to announce that you have completed the flight and landed safely (in this case the message must read as follows - No.xx Landed, where xx is the pilot's number).
There is a public channel for pilots to chat and share interesting photos or images. Please use it and keep this channel for questions directly related to the event only.

Official event rules
Dear pilots, the event rules are attached to this message. A printed version of these rules will not be distributed at the registration and general briefing. If you feel that you need a paper copy of these rules, please print them out before you arrive at the event.
IMPORTANT: Useful information regarding the usage of the Balloonlive app and a Balloonlive sensor
Mandatory requirements for your mobile device:
1. The mobile device must be dedicated to competition and not used for daily activities, like phone calls, browsing, etc.
2. Android version is greater than 8 on your mobile device OR iOS version greater than iOS 13.2 on your mobile device
3. The Balloon Live App (the App) must have permission to access Storage and Location in the background
4. The device is stable with the App running for at least 2 hours
5. The App version is 2027 or greater on your device.
6. An account in https://watchmefly.net/ shall be created.
7. Log in to the app with https://watchmefly.net/
8. In-app payments must be set, and Balloon live token must be paid.
To use the App for the competition
You shall have a personal account on https://watchmefly.net/ or sign up if you have not yet.
HINT!
You can use the additional backup device to back up tracks with marks and declarations.
