前日に練習フライトを計画されているパイロットは個別に山下に連絡ください。LINEでも構いません。連絡先がない場合は以下に山下のWhatsappのリンク画像を以下に貼っておきます。

【追記】前日フライト予定の当日5時半に大会会場駐車場に集合してください。気象とタスクブリーフィングを実施します。
Recall Procedure
The recall procedure for this event will be announced at the General Briefing and will use the Whatsapp group. Please make sure you have an account of it and join the grooup via link below.
リコールプロシージャについてはゼネラルブリーフィングにて案内をしますが、Whatsappを使用する予定です。当該アプリをダウンロードの上、アカウントを用意して以下のリンクより入室してください。
Early Chek-in
Pilots can check in the event during 1830-1900 @CC
大会にアーリーチェックインもできます。競技本部にて4月3日18時半から19時までです。
Night glow
Night glow will start in CLA1 at 1900 5th April.
夜間係留は19:00開始です。チェックインは18:00～18:30です。
Parking and Route to CLA
Make your crew aware of the following parking rules.
各種パスの駐車場と大会会場への経路は下記リンクの通りです。関係車両すべてに車両パスが必要です。パスがない場合は有料になりますのでご注意ください。
L pass (ロンチサイトへの進入可) : 役員車両並びに気球搭載車両（1チーム1台のみ）
P Pass (ロンチサイトへの進入不可) : 関係者車両
Competiton Number (Rule 3.8)
Banners and vehicle stickers with competitor numbers will be provided at check in.
チェックイン時にバスケットバナーと車両ゼッケンを配布しますので、それぞれバスケットと車両に必ず取り付けてください。
Flight Report Form
Flight Report Form (FRF) via WMF will be not used for this event. The pilots shall submit a paper FRF to the competition centre after every flight. A paper FRF will be handed out at every task briefing.
エントリーパイロットは紙で配布されるフライトレポートフォームを提出してください。

The competiton map for this event is available. You can download it via link. Two physical maps will be prepared for each pilot.
