MBT debrief

The MBT debriefing will be at 1030 in the Hotel Castel dels Hams. All MBT and Europeans participants are invited.
The MBT prize giving will be at 2100 in the Hotel. All participants of MBT and Europeans are invited. This will be followed by reception with free drinks.
Please eat as normal either at your accommodation or at the Castell dels Hams before hand.

The briefing hall has several entrances. The main entrance leads to the upstairs area for crew and there are toilets on the ground floor and first floor areas. There is a small snack bar that may be open in the entrance hall - certainly in the afternoons.
Pilots should enter through their designated door around the side as we hope to scan your identity cards in to make roll call much quicker. Crew chiefs can enter through the other side door but will also be checked. Other crew can find seats upstairs on the balcony.

Parking areas at Briefing Centre

Residents in this area know you are coming but please be considerate. You should be able to create a third lane of parking in the centre of the wide roads that lead up to the briefing centre.
Vans can park behind through a gateway onto a grassed area but the area is too tight for vehicle and trailers.

Traffic flow for refuelling

There will be a one way system for refuelling as sown in the diagram
Addendum: The tanker will now be on the parking lot where the retrieves would be stopping to off load so you will be directed straight on where you will then offload and bring your tanks through the gaps in the hedge or around to the refuelling hoses. There will be 24 refuelling points.
