Dear pilots,
Our preparations for the Slovak Balloon Cup are in full swing. We are doing everything we can to ensure that you have favorable conditions for your competition balloon flights. We believe that the weather will be kind to us and together with the fiesta balloons we will create an unforgettable atmosphere.
As you can see in the attached program, registration of balloon teams will take place on Friday, September 11th, 2026 from 12:00-15:00. Please do not arrive at the last minute, as the opening ceremony begins at 15:00. We would be very happy if you would participate.
The general briefing starts at 16:00. Please be there.
The first competition flight is scheduled for Friday evening. We offer the option of a non-competition practice flight on Friday morning. Please let us know if you are interested.
Gas will be refueled from a truck. The supplier confirmed the current gas price of €0.85/liter including all taxes.
Refueling before the first flight is scheduled on Friday 11th from 12:00 - 14:00.
Generally refueling is scheduled after each flight from 8:00-10:00 and 20:00-22:00.
The closing ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Rock Farm. We look forward to welcoming you.
In case of any questions we are here for you.
Have a good trip and look forward to see you soon.
