I started out as a crew member with Ad Ballon. Ad Haarhuis noticed my enthusiasm and asked me to become a pilot. I was trained by Henk Broeders, and his passion for competitive ballooning naturally drew me into that world as well. Unfortunately, the costs limit my participation in competitions, but that doesn’t stop me from giving it my all.
