The event is organized by Difesa Servizi spa (a society created to organize event to promote history and traditions of national army, navy and air force) with the partnership of Italian Air Force together with Aeroclub d'Italia, Aeroclub Pavullo and Aeronord Aerostati, as techinical partners and organizers of all the balloon and competition part. 

For this second edition of the Balloon Cup, that will take place from the 26 to the 28 of September 2025, the competition will be an international competition FAI CAT 2 with the partecipation of 15 hot air balloons and 15 gas balloons. 


During these days inside the airport will be organized an event with music and food and many related activities (such as tethered flights with hot air balloons, workshop for children, kites flying, flight simulators, airplane displays managed by the Air Force and a unique exhibition of Frecce Tricolori).
